You get to know me too–as an empathic listener, a skilled and intelligent imaginer, an experienced therapist.

Hope, meaning, and change emerge. You feel them. You recognize them when they’re yours.

My approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy with CBT, narrative, and mindfulness. I value the practical insight current understanding of the brain gives us, the liberating revelations of attachment theory and post classical analysis, as well as the power of dreams, philosophical structures and spiritual practices.

You set the pace and direction of our sessions. We work together.
